The Mama Tried Show is an annual, curated motorcycle show in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, started in 2014 by Scott Johnson and Warren Heir Jr. to celebrate innovative custom bikes, builders, and motorcycle culture beyond typical shows, emphasizing community and craftsmanship, and also features Flat Out Friday flat track racing and local Milwaukee flavor.
It grew from the founders’ vision for a unique event fostering a welcoming culture for riders and builders globally.

The Californian is proud to announce its return to Santa Anita Park on Big ‘Cap Day, March 7! We are even more proud to announce our 2026 presenting sponsor, Classic British Spares!
Because we have so many folks coming in from out of town, we are moving forward with a ride & group dinner on Friday afternoon.
