Bought one!!

These tents are as cheap or cheaper than some jackets, which after 10 years, I need to replace.  My ballistic gel/ballistic mesh/ballistic missle Alpinstars mesh finally gave up.
I don’t know if it’s because of age or the beating I gave it, but the seams finally wore out on the right side, exposing my love handl…. er, my totally ripped lats to possible injury in a fall.

I’ve been using my trusty leather for the past few months, but it’s not always as comfortable as I’d like. In the summer it’s great at keeping the sunlight off of me, but also turns into a sauna inside. 

What does a jacket have to do with a tent? 

Well, with the surprisingly low cost of this baby, I figure three things:
1. I will be inspired to moto camp more.
2. I can get away from all ofthe Corona Virus malarkey.
3. I can just go into the tent and await emergency personnel if I crash, since I don’t have a jacket.
