Creative Riding EP016- Motorbikes, Music, & Migraines

Welcome to episode 16!

In this episode we have some more technical know how for ya! We have a little news, a little interviews, and thank god – no movie reviews! The poor producer’s brain turned to mush after a decent amount of exposure to sub-par biker films.

This week’s technical know how is a continuation of alignment techniques. This time we focus on the front end. Bumping over curbs, hitting potholes, crashing into an armadillo, kangaroo, or even a bear can really throw your front suspension out of whack! Riding a dirtbike or stunting can be even rougher on your bike’s forks because you know you’re going to be dropping and banging your bike around. Even mounting a new tire can cause binding in the suspension if you don’t take the time to re-adjust your shit!
We’ll tell you how to get things straighter than a Texas freeway, and the Producer Guy even did the work for you and wrangled up some resources here:

We were fortunate enough to talk to a beautiful and talented rider from Idaho. She is the educator and coach at GoodByeMigraine, and so much more. We’ll hear about Josette’s journey as a motorcyclist, and what she’s doing up in the Pacific North West.
To Contact Josette, you can find her at the following resources:

We also have some news and other little bits for you to listen to. Have fun.
