Jojo Herdell – Migraine Coach, musician, motorcyclist

This week on the show we are delighted to have a beautiful and multi-talented rider, musician, builder, and migraine coach from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
Josette Herdell is a blogger and holistic migraine coach and educator at GoodByeMigraine.org. Her story is one of struggle and triumph as she battled debilitating migraines for most of her life.

Through a journey of self-discovery and a holistic approach to healing, Jojo conquered her unfriendly cranial ailments to become part of the vintage moto scene. She shares the stage with her husband at 59 Cafe Classic Motorbikes, where they restore vintage iron and organize events for the surrounding community that they have helped start in Cd’A.

When she’s not doling out sound advice for a cafe racer build or helping other migraine sufferers to overcome sickness, she can be found tickling the ivories in the 40s-50s Jump Blues/Swing Band that she and her husband formed a few seasons ago.
