On this week’s show Junky reads a newspaper. If that isn’t oldschool I don’t know what is. Who reads the fuckin paper anymore? Lots of California-related talk, so if it’s DL,DL that’s ok. Also, Junky is not a tree-hugging liberal hipster democrat. But he does love the outdoors and riding through natural beauty. So pardon the news of all the emissions regulations and electric talk that ensues…. it’s just what sort of companies we have in Cali.

The Governor of California appointed a new director of the DMV in July. Although it’s not as mysterious or glamorous as the director of the FBI or some secret clandestine operative, it will hopefully help the citizens of California who have to spend a whole day (and sometimes follow-up visits) to take care of matters that most people see as an inconvenience.
